They're Watching You

Great news being reported since launching the Tips from Former Smokers campaign two weeks ago. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has seen a two-fold increase in calls to the 1-800-QUIT-NOW quitline.

Combine those efforts with tobacco companies now being required to display large warning images on cigarette packs, and being required to list all of the ingredients contained in their products, we may just be beginning to realize a significant number of smokers finally being able to kick their nicotine addiction for good.

But, while we may be winning the battle, don't ever forget that Big Tobacco will always be waging a war to regain those successful quitters.

We can never let down our guard. With every breath you take, you can bet your bottom dollar that Big Tobacco will always be watching every move you make, every step you take, every vow you break, or every single day you stay tobacco free, hoping that you'll eventually come back to the dark side.

Quitting smoking hurts them. But don't just take my word for it, listen to their nicotine police yourself -
