During October, thousands of people across England are taking part in a project called "Stoptober" - a new, exciting 28 day challenge to stop smoking. According to our friends across the pond, if you can go 28 days without a cigarette, your five times more likely to stop for good.
I say we should join our British friends and accept the same challenge here in America!
