Mr. Evans is producer and director of a new documentary which features former Philip Morris research scientist Victor DeNoble. The film chronicles DeNoble's unexpected discovery of an ingredient in tobacco which, the data revealed, when coupled with nicotine makes cigarettes more addictive. Just how addictive?
Dr. DeNoble reveals that even own sister is still an active smoker.
