I'm not sure when the fully featured film will be available to the public, but this looks like a movie that would appeal to me. Filtered follows Randy, an uninvolved recent divorcée, as he journeys on a quest for a cigarette after his landlord has given him the ultimatum: Mow the lawn or be evicted.
Tony, being a hardcore non-smoker, wanted something challenging to create, and getting into the mind of a smoker seemed like a deem-able task. During the course of writing the short, it became apparent that there was a strong underlining message in it. That message being - if we aren't careful, our addictions can take over and control even the simplest aspects of life.
